Music Therapy
Music therapy is carried out at IIRR, where clinical use of musical interventions is used to improve one’s quality of life. Music therapists use music and its many facets to support children with developmental disorders.
Martial Arts
Martial arts are codified systems and traditions of combat that are practiced for a number of reasons such as self-defence, military and law enforcement applications, competition, physical, mental, and spiritual development as well as the preservation of a nation's intangible cultural heritage.
At IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research, we offer the opportunity to learn martial arts like Kalari for our patients.
Yoga
Yoga training offered at IIRR also helps to increase flexibility, muscle strength, and muscle tone of individuals who struggle with motor functions.
Physio Gym
Our physio gym is a new concept where both the youth and the elders can enjoy fitness and well-being under the guidance of expert tem including trainer, physiotherapist, nutritionist and Doctor.
Zumba
Zumba is an exercise fitness program and also improves your overall mental fitness, as it melts away stress, boosts your mood and makes you happier. If oxygen-rich blood is transferred to the brain, it improves attention and concentration.
